Lu is an integral part of our fund accounting team with over 6 years fund accounting experience, from on-boarding investors to producing quarterly PIE tax returns and annual NZ IFRS audited financial statements.
Specialising in real estate funds, Lu brings to the table a depth of knowledge that will enhance the management and administration of your fund. She also provides private client services to fund founders, including looking after their trusts and personal tax affairs.
Lu is a Chartered Accountant and holds a post-graduate degree in accounting.
We have multiple funds looked after by Rockburgh and they are doing a great job. We are free to do what we need with our investors knowing that everything else is taken care of.
